RESTRICTED  ITEMS

It is important to note that certain items are restricted by IATA for air transport, unless thay are specifically packaged according to regulations governing dangerous goods. These items include (but are not limited to): explosive chemicals, flammable liquids, acids and caustic / corrosive liquids, oxidising agents, pressurised gas canisters (including aerosol sprays), batteries, paints, etc.

 

VOLUMETRIC  CALCULATION

All shipments are charged by actual mass or by volume, whichever is greater. Volumetric formula is as follows:

length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) / divided by 6000

 

SERVICE  INSTRUCTIONS  ON  WAYBILL

The customer is obliged to mark the airwaybill (Awb) for the relevant service required. In the absence of instructions, Topflight International Couriers shall use its own discretion to select a service option, and shall not assume responsibility for any losses suffered by the customer in the event of a late delivery.

Strictly within 30 days from date of statement.

A discount for early payment settlement can be arranged with management.

Cash rates apply for COC (Cash On Collection) and COD (Cash On Delivery)
